With a central park and multiple landscaped portions within the Park, NKP is a tranquil and verdant haven for office-goers. NKP has more than 1100 trees including old trees from the days of the Nirlon manufacturing mill on site. The Park has earned LEED Gold / Platinum as well as WELL Certification, making it an ecologically friendly environment that people look forward to working in, and which is conducive to retaining skilled, motivated professionals.
A Truly Green Campus
NMS has intentionally cultivated and retained extensive green spaces, water bodies, landscaped terraces, and courtyards to ensure that the development has a tranquil, campus like feel. NMS has gone the extra mile to be certified by the Indian Green Building Council (IGBC) as well as the WELL building Institute, USA.
Green Design and construction practices significantly reduce or eliminate the negative impact of buildings on the environment and occupants by safeguarding water efficiency, Energy efficiency, conservation of materials & resources. Our water harvesting and sewage treatment plants are just the beginning when it comes to conservation and efficient use of resources.

IGBC
Nirlon Knowledge Park is one of the first campuses of this scale in India to be granted Platinum/Gold LEED certification by The Indian Green building Council for its buildings (core and shell). Phases I to IV have already been LEED certified to a Gold standard and Phase V has a Platinum rating.

The International WELL Building Institute, USA. awarded each building within the Nirlon Knowledge Park was awarded the WELL Health-Safety Rating for Facility Operations and Management in January 2021. NKP achieved all 16 features across 6 categories
