Our Philosophy
Nirlon Knowledge Park has been conceptualized bearing the principles of Human Centred Design and strives to ensure that there is harmony between the people and built space. By planning the park at once but building it in five phases over XYZ years, Nirlon Management Services has not only achieved the creation of a green and opene IT Park in the heart of the city, but has constantly implemented learnings and best practices into subsequent phases.

Artfully designed to make optimal utilization of the 23 acre area, NKP has been planned in concentric circles. By planning and building in this systematic manner, Nirlon Management Services has enables over 3 acres of green spaces, waterfalls and an enviable landscaped area. The buildings have been designed to efficiently accommodate large licensees on contiguous and often multi storeyed floor plates.

NKP has been built in 5 phases over XYZ years and Nirlon Management Services has consistently deployed state of the art technology and construction know-how. Partnering with organizations such as JSW Steel and Thomas Bell - Wright, NMS ensures that each outsourced contract is handled deftly and only by the best in the industry.

Partnering with Cushman & Wakefield, NMS has employed between 600 and 700 people for the day to day operations and maintenance of Nirlon Knowledge Park. The cleanliness, hygiene and aesthetic standard are of utmost important and NMS is rigorous in its implementation.
Heritage Preservation
Owing to NMS’ commitment to heritage and history, NKP has multiple features from the textile days of the company that have stood the test of time or been repurposed for use within the current Knowledge Park. The Cooling Tower and Chimney have been artfully repurposed and are now central hubs within the park. The temple, a —- feature was built in xyz and still stands proudly in the centre of the campus.
